Thank you for shopping with Hebei Select. Hebei Select is operated by Bohong Inc.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order with Hebei Select, you agree to the shipping terms below.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or unexpected operational delays, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.


Shipping Destinations

Hebei Select currently ships to addresses within the United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

At this time, we may not support shipping to all international destinations. If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details, shipping address, package size, package weight, and available carrier options.

Some products may have higher shipping costs because cookware and home goods can be heavier or require protective packaging.

From time to time, Hebei Select may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will apply only under the stated promotion terms.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is typically:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping: If available, delivery time will be shown at checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier performance, weather, holidays, address issues, regional delays, or other events outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Hebei Select is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We will try to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Hebei Select is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • Around your front door, porch, mailbox, mailroom, or building office
  • With neighbors, household members, or property management
  • The carrier’s tracking page for delivery details

We will review the situation and may assist with filing a carrier claim when appropriate. However, Hebei Select cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Items During Shipping

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping box

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions depending on the situation.

Please do not throw away the product packaging until the issue is reviewed, as photos of the packaging may be required for carrier claims.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one package, especially if the order includes multiple items or items stored in different locations.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.


Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

If an item is sold as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping timeline will be shown on the product page or communicated by email.

Pre-order and backorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, freight, customs, warehouse, or supplier delays.

If there is a major delay, Hebei Select will do its best to notify customers with updated information.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.


Returns and Return Shipping

Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For standard returns where the item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Hebei Select will review the issue and may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item being shipped.
