Return & Refund Policy

At Hebei Select, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from food residue, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Address

If your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and return instructions by email.

Please do not send your item back before receiving return approval and return instructions from us.


Return Shipping

For standard returns where the item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, Hebei Select will review the issue and may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item being shipped.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping box

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used cookware
  • Washed cookware
  • Items with food residue
  • Items damaged from misuse, improper cleaning, overheating, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products, if applicable

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us first so we can review whether a replacement is appropriate.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
